Loading Docks

Location: This building has a loading dock with three loading bays, one of which is suitable for a standard 18-wheeler vehicle. One bay has a load leveler. The dock can be accessed from Crystal Drive.

Hours:  The loading dock is open from 6:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday,  Arrangements to use the loading dock after normal business hours and on weekends must be made with the Property Management Office at least 24 hours in advance.

*Vendors making deliveries between the hours of 11:30 a.m and 2:00 p.m or after hours must contact the Security Operations Center (SOC) at 703.413.0150 to request loading dock access.
 

Moves are not permitted until after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and must be scheduled with the Property Management Team.
